PARENT CREDIT POINTS (PCP)

PARENT CREDIT POINTS (PCP)

Parent Credit Points(PCP)  are the points you have earned for partnering with your child's teacher.

Once a quarter you have been given certain tasks that  included listening to your child recite poetry, defining essay prompt commands, and of course, learning the Oasis Writing Process. After each parent assignment was completed, you sent a signed confirmation sheet back to your child's teacher. Your parent credit points were then deposited into a WORD BANK ACCOUNT that has been set aside for your family.

HOW DO I USE MY PCP?

Think of your PCP as banked "extra credit" that you and your child have both earned. You may use them at any time to boost your child's grade.

PCP AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS

PCP are non-transferrable if your child has a disciplinary action onthe day of a test or for a missed assignment that is not excused.

CAN I TRANSFER MY PCP TO ANOTHER STUDENT?

No. You may not transfer PCP credit to a friend. The deal is one child, one supportive family, one credit account.

MAKING A PCP TRANSFER

Making a transfer is easy and simple. Just send Ms Paul Evans an e-mail directing her to apply credits toward a specific assignment and it's done.
